What is your Application Fee?
$50 per applicant.

Yes. A $500 security deposit is required with approved credit. Based on the credit application, the maximum security deposit may be up to 1.5 times the monthly rent.
Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
Yes.
Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?

Do you require Renters Insurance?

When is rent due each month?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
What is the late fee policy?
A $50 late fee is charged after the 3rd of the month, plus a $5 daily fee thereafter.

Online payments through the Resident Portal, personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders.
What utilities are included?
Residents are responsible for internet. Water, trash, electricity, gas, and insurance are included.
What appliances are included?
Refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer, and dryer.

Yes. Every apartment home includes a washer and dryer.
